Michael Zaiderman is an associate attorney at Haffner Law with a wide range of experience in civil litigation. Prior to joining Haffner Law, Michael participated in all aspects of civil litigation in the areas of personal injury, workers’ compensation, contract interpretation, real estate, and many other areas.

Michael was sworn into the California Bar in December of 2018. He graduated from USC Gould School of Law and received certificates in Business Law, Technology and Entrepreneurship, and Media and Entertainment Law. He was also an author and editor of the Business Law Advisor publication during law school. During law school, Michael was a law clerk for Neighborhood Legal Services, focusing on providing legal assistance to the brave veterans in the Los Angeles area. He also clerked for a smaller firm, focusing on personal injury, real estate and business transactions, and trust and estate planning.

Before law school, Michael received a bachelor of arts degree in Anthropology from UCLA. While at UCLA, he undertook several anthropological field studies in various communities, which strengthened his desire to represent those who have legitimate concerns and who seek relief from unfavorable circumstances. He also volunteered as a mediator in the city of Lancaster for several years, having prevented many underprivileged residential apartment tenants from having evictions on their record and losing their Section 8 vouchers. These experiences have shaped his desire to fight for his clients and achieve meaningful, long-lasting results.
