Nicholas Myers is an associate attorney at Haffner Law, where he focuses on insurance bad-faith litigation, employment law class actions and personal injury litigation.

Prior to joining Haffner Law, Nicholas worked as a litigation attorney at a Los Angeles firm where he represented Plaintiff’s involved in personal injury matters.  Additionally, Nicholas was a Judicial Extern at the Stanley MoskCourthouse in Los Angeles.  Nicholas also worked as a clerk for the law firm LOYR, APC where he focused on class action litigation as well as representing employees in claims for unpaid wages, discrimination, sexual harassment and wrongful termination.  Prior to that, Nicholas was a law clerk for Losh & Khoshlesan, LLP, focusing on insurance bad-faith litigation for both businesses and individuals.  With the advantage of having represented both individuals and corporations, Mr. Myers understands the intricacies involved in resolving cases in an effective and efficient manner in order to achieve favorable results for his clients.

Nicholas graduated from Loyola Law School and was sworn into the California Bar in December of 2018.  Nicholas is admitted to practice law in the Central and Southern Districts.  Nicholas is also a certified mediator.  During law school, Nicholas completed a clerkship with the Legal Aid Foundation, defending eviction cases for indigent clients.  

Nicholas is a member of the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles (CAALA) and the National Association of Public Insurance Adjusters (NAPIA).
