Attorney John Sipp

John Sipp chose to practice personal injury law because he believes it is one of the most direct ways to help people navigate the worst days of their lives. He understands the profound stress clients face after a catastrophic injury or loss. John’s entire approach is centered on easing that burden and resolving their case as swiftly and effectively as possible, allowing them to be made whole and move forward.
This client-first philosophy was sharpened by his early experience in immigration law. There, he saw firsthand the life-changing impact that a swift, stress-free case resolution can have on an individual’s future. He now brings that same sense of urgency and compassion to his personal injury clients.
Before earning his law degree, John spent three years as a litigation paralegal at Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen, and Katz, gaining valuable experience in high-stakes corporate litigation. This background provides him with a unique perspective that he now uses to vigorously pursue claims for the injured.
John earned his Juris Doctorate from Loyola Law School in 2024. He previously graduated from Duke University in 2018 with a bachelor’s degree in Classical Studies.
He focuses his practice on helping those who have suffered serious harm, including cases involving:
- Traumatic Brain Injuries (TBI)
- Spinal Cord Injuries
- Wrongful Death
- Slip and Fall / Premises Liability
- Product Liability
- Medical Malpractice
- Class Action Lawsuits
John’s work is guided by the principles of patience, determination, and interpersonal curiosity. Outside of the office, he enjoys hiking, surfing, and attending concerts and comedy shows. He is a passionate fan of the Los Angeles Lakers, the Los Angeles Chargers, and UCLA sports.
