Trevor Weinberg

For Trevor Weinberg, fighting for the injured and wronged isn’t just a profession-it’s personal. He saw firsthand how devastating a serious injury can be when his father was left disabled after a car crash. He witnessed the insurance company fight to avoid paying for necessary medical care, preventing his father from getting the treatment he needed.

That experience solidified Trevor’s resolve to advocate for the underdog and hold powerful institutions accountable for the harm they cause.

Trevor understands that he meets clients during the most difficult times of their lives. His approach is built on diligence and compassion, working tirelessly to help them secure the justice, medical care, and financial stability they need to rebuild.

This commitment is exemplified in his work for a family who lost their father. The man had a life insurance policy but had missed a payment while he was ill, leading the insurance company to deny the benefits. Trevor took on the case and secured a settlement for more than the original policy benefits. This result provided the family with the stability they needed to improve their living situation and ensure their children’s education.

Trevor’s passion is backed by significant legal skill and experience. He has been recognized as a Super Lawyers Rising Star for 2026.

A lifelong Californian, Trevor earned his J.D. from the UC Davis School of Law, where he received the Witkin Award for Academic Excellence. During law school, he gained valuable experience clerking for the California Attorney General’s Office and working on a landmark suit against the State of California. He completed his undergraduate studies at UCLA, earning a degree in Political Science. Before attending law school, Trevor worked at a bank helping veterans secure home loans, an experience that reinforced his desire to build a career helping others.
