Vahan Mikayelyan

Vahan Mikayelyan is a relentless advocate for individuals navigating the physical, financial, and emotional aftermath of a serious injury. Vahan’s drive to protect individuals from powerful entities is a cornerstone of his career. Before joining the firm, he served for over four years at the Human Rights Defender’s Office of the Republic of Armenia. This formative experience, which involved protecting citizens’ rights and freedoms, now fuels his unwavering dedication to clients who have been wronged by others.

This commitment is supported by a formidable, global legal education. Vahan earned his initial Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from Yerevan State University, followed by a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from the American University of Armenia. He further honed his legal scholarship in the United States, earning a second LL.M. from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles.

Vahan is extensively licensed to practice in all California state courts as well as a wide array of federal courts. His federal admissions include the U.S. District Courts for the Central, Northern, Southern, and Eastern Districts of California; the Eastern District of Michigan; and the U.S. Courts of Appeal for the Eighth and Ninth Circuits. This broad licensure empowers him to pursue justice for his clients at the highest levels.
